Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has signed an Govt Order proscribing the Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB) within the state.
The governor who disclosed this on Wednesday throughout a state-wide broadcast in Port Harcourt made it clear that the state is house to all tribes.
