Lawyer sues Bayelsa Meeting over state’s debt
A human rights lawyer, Ebikebuna Aluzu, has sued the Bayelsa State Home of Meeting over the state’s debt profile.
The plaintiff is praying the Home to launch data regarding the report of the state’s Auditor-Common on the accounts for the 12 months ended December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2019.
The matter has been adjourned until December 21 for additional point out.
