President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, on Monday commenced a coaching and empowerment Programme for beneficiaries of the mass marriage ceremony scheme which he lately sponsored for his constituents in Yobe State.
The {couples} numbering 300 who’re from much less privileged households had been drawn from the six Native Authorities Areas in Yobe North Senatorial District.
The six Native Authorities Areas from which fifty (50) {couples} every had been chosen for the mass marriage ceremony scheme embody: Bade, Jakusko, Nguru, Karasuwa, Machina and Yusufari.
