Courtroom of Attraction President Constitutes Election Tribunal for Cross-River State Bye Election
The President of the Courtroom of Attraction, Hon. Justice M. B. Dongben-Mensem has Constituted the Nationwide and State Home of Meeting Election Petition Tribunal for Cross-River North Senatorial District and Obudu State Constituency Bye- Elections 2020 of Cross-River State.
In a press Assertion by the Secretary of Tribunal, Ibrahim Ahmad Kala Esq, and made out there to BarristerNG.com, the appearing Chief Decide of the state, Justice Eyo Effiom Ita, directed that the Excessive Courtroom No. 7, Moore Highway Advanced, Calabar be used for the Tribunal sittings.

Dongben-Mensem, HPCA has constituted the Nationwide and State of Meeting Election Petition Tribunal for Cross River North Senatorial District and Obudu State Constituency Bye Elections 2020 of Cross River State.
“Sequel to the above, the Honourable appearing Chief Decide of Cross River State State, Justice Eyo Effiom Ita, has granted the usage of Excessive Courtroom No. 7, Moore Highway Advanced, Calabar, for the Tribunal.”
