The President of the Nigerian Bar Affiliation, NBA has appointed members of the Public Curiosity Litigation Committee (“PILC”)
In an announcement signed by the affiliation’s Publicity secretary, Dr. Rapulu Nduka, he acknowledged that “In a latest assertion issued by the President of the Nigerian Bar Affiliation, he famous that latest occasions within the nation have strengthened the necessity for the NBA to activate its public curiosity litigation equipment to institute actions to problem and search judicial intervention on numerous points.
